Dyess Air Force Base Women's Summit 2022

Erin told the story of Final Flight Final Fight and some background on the history of the Women Airforce Service Pilots of World War II as part of the Dyess Air Force Base Women's Summit on April 28, 2022.

One of the organizers was Hannah Gilpatrick, granddaughter of WASP Marty Wyall (44-W-10), and current USAF C-130 pilot. Below, Erin and Hannah photographed together with a painting of Erin's grandmother, Elaine Harmon, by artist Cary Smith, who has an ambitious goal to paint all 1,102 of the Women Airforce Service Pilots of World War II - America's first women military pilots.
